How many people does the cart seat? ▼
Our cart comfortably seats 6 passengers. All seats are plush and weather-resistant, so the whole group can ride together in style.
Is a driver’s license required? ▼
Yes. The driver must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Our cart is a street-legal Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), so standard licensing applies.
What time is delivery and pickup? ▼
We deliver and pick up between 8–11am. You’ll coordinate your specific window with us when you book. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during that window.
Where can I drive it? ▼
The cart is permitted on Isle of Palms roads only. It may not be driven in Wild Dunes Resort or off the island. Off-road and beach driving are prohibited.
What is your cancellation policy? ▼
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book? ▼
As early as possible! Isle of Palms is a popular summer destination and our cart books up fast, especially during peak season. We recommend reaching out several weeks ahead for summer dates.
What if something goes wrong with the cart? ▼
Just contact us directly and we’ll address any mechanical issues not caused by misuse as quickly as possible. We’re local and easy to reach.
Does the cart come charged and ready? ▼
Yes — your cart arrives fully charged and ready to go. A charging cable is provided in case you need a top-up during your rental.
